This Privacy Policy describes how We Build, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("WeBuild," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit webuild.dev (the "Site"). Our products — including the AllTeam platform at allteam.ai — may have their own privacy policies; where a product-specific policy applies, it controls for that product.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you email us at contact@webuild.dev or otherwise reach out, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure logs basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the time of the request. We use this data in aggregate to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
Cookies. The Site itself does not set tracking cookies for advertising. Third-party services embedded in the Site (such as web fonts or, in the future, a chat widget) may set their own cookies subject to their own policies.

We keep correspondence and technical logs only as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize them. Inquiry emails are typically retained while a business relationship is active or under discussion.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@webuild.dev and we will respond within a reasonable time. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you visit the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
