These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at webuild.dev (the "Site") and any services offered through it (the "Services"). The Site and Services are operated by We Build, LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("WeBuild," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
WeBuild is a software studio that builds bespoke software, AI agents, and digital products, including the AllTeam platform available at allteam.ai. Use of AllTeam and other WeBuild products may be governed by separate agreements; where a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls for that product.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks that host it; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to it; (c) use any automated means to scrape or harvest content from the Site in a manner that burdens our infrastructure; or (d) use the Site to transmit any malicious code or unlawful material.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, page designs, and software — are the property of We Build, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The WeBuild name, the WeBuild logo, and the AllTeam name and logo are trademarks of We Build, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial viewing.
4. Inquiries and proposals
If you contact us about a project, any preliminary discussions, estimates, or proposals are non-binding until both parties sign a written agreement. Ideas or feedback you voluntarily share with us about our products may be used by us without obligation, except where covered by a signed confidentiality agreement.
5. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
6. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. INFORMATION ON THE SITE — INCLUDING DESCRIPTIONS OF PRODUCTS AND FEATURES UNDER DEVELOPMENT — IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY AND MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE BUILD, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Build, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
